Sushmita Sen is back to blow your mind with her amazing performance in the second season of the International Emmys-nominated web-series Aarya. The actress reprises her role as Aarya in the web-series, the trailer of which released on the Internet on Thursday. Sushmita Sen has outdone herself once again in the new season of her web-series – she bared her claws again to save her family from her enemies at any cost. And this time, she is unstoppable, because her “weakness is her greatest strength.” Sharing the trailer on Instagram, Sushmita Sen wrote: “Thank you for your patience. Soo happy to bring AARYA back to you! This season, her weakness is her greatest strength. Sherni aarahi hai…#AaryaIsBack.”
The trailer picks up where the first season left off – Aarya, who left the country with her children after her father got her husband, who was involved in some illegal business, assassinated, returns to India with her family. She watches a video recorded by her late husband (played by Chandrachur Singh) for her, in which he tells her to be prepared to face their enemies. She plans to stay only for a short period but not everything goes as you expect in your life, right? Aarya immediately comes on the radar of the Russian gang, who is trying to kill her and her family. She is also getting threats from the father of Shekhawat, whom she killed in the first season.
Left with no other choice than to choose violence, Aarya once again bares her claws to save her family.
Vikas Kumar, Chandrachur Singh, Sikander Kher, Namit Das, Jayant Kriplani and Manish Choudhary reprise their respective roles in Aarya 2.
