Solara Active Pharma Sciences’ board has approved the proposal for sale of land and building belonging to Sequent Penems (Wholly Owned Subsidiary) of the company) situated at Jigani, Bangalore to a third party. There are no operations being carried out on the said land and building being sold. The Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on November 14, 2023 has inter-alia, considered and approved the same.
