On Tuesday, September 17, Rose took to X, formerly known as Twitter, to share a few now-deleted tweets. In an initial message, Rose appeared to refer to Druski, writing:
“And for the record i never slept with that man, n***a paid for PR,” she wrote. “Not the p***y…”
In a follow-up tweet, Rose added: “He is funny and nice tho”
Then, in a final tweet, she wrote:
“I only give it up if I’m in love, ion care how much money a n***a got. I’m rich ask lol”
