Arshdeep Singh’s IPL 2025 Earnings Per Ball Cost


Punjab Kings broke the bank to acquire Arshdeep Singh‘s services for INR 18 crore at the IPL 2025 auction, which took place on November 24 and 25 in Jeddah. He has played 65 matches for Punjab and picked up 76 wickets at an economy rate of 9.02. In the last edition of the cash-rich league, the youngster picked up 19 wickets and finished as the joint fourth-leading wicket-taker of the season.

Chennai Super Kings and Delhi Capitals were bidding heavily for Arshdeep in the beginning. Later, Gujarat Titans joined the race. After Delhi left the bidding war, Royal Challengers Bengaluru showed interest and soon, Rajasthan Royals joined as well. Gujarat bid INR 12.25 crore and after which, they left the bidding war for Sunrisers Hyderabad to join.

Hyderabad and Rajasthan bid heavily for the cricketer, taking the price to INR 15.75 crore. Sunrisers had the player but interestingly, Punjab decided to use the RTM card and increased the bid to INR 18 crore, which the Pat Cummins-led side refused to accept. With that, Punjab signed their first player in the evening.

Arshdeep has done well for the national team in the recent past and is the second-leading wicket-taker for India in T20 internationals. He played a vital role in the T20 World Cup and has picked up 95 wickets in 60 T20Is.
