Miomir Kecmanovic of Serbia saved two match points to win the Delray Beach Open singles title over Alejandro Davidovich Fokina of Spain 3-6, 6-1, 7-5. Kecmanovic trailed 2-5 in the final set but rallied to win the final five games of the match saving one match point on a missed groundstroke by Davidovich (that would have been a winner) by millimeters and the other after he hit a volley that clipped the top of the net.
The tournament win was the second for Kecmanovic, to go with his 2020 title in Kitzbuhel, Austria. He lost the 2023 final in Delray Beach to Taylor Fritz. Davidovich Fokina, who upset two-time defending champion Fritz in the quarterfinals, was seeking his first career ATP singles final.
Kecmanovic also won the doubles title with Brandon Nakashima, becoming the fourth player in tournament history to win the singles and doubles titles in the same year. Kecmanovic is the fourth player in the 33 years of the tournament to win the singles and doubles finals in the same year. The three others are: Xavier Malisse-2007, Jan-Michael Gambill-2001, Todd Woodbridge-1995
