Morepen Laboratories incorporates step-down subsidiary

Morepen Laboratories has received approval from Ministry of Corporate Affairs for incorporation of step-down subsidiary — Quick Med. The subsidiary has been incorporated on March 20, 2025. Quick Med is a subsidiary of Dr. Morepen, a fully-owned subsidiary of Morepen Laboratories.

Recently, Dr. Morepen (DML) had received approval from Board of Directors for the formation of a new subsidiary company on February 19, 2025.  

Morepen Laboratories is engaged in the manufacturing and sale of APis/ Bulk Drugs, Home Diagnostics, Formulations and OTC products.
