Allcargo Terminals completes acquisition of 15% shares in SML

Allcargo Terminals has completed acquisition of 40,80,000 (15%) Shares of Speedy Multimodes (SML) on April 16, 2025. Pursuant to the aforementioned acquisition, SML became a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.  On March 10, 2025, the company had executed a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) to acquire shares of Speedy Multimodes.  

Allcargo Terminals is engaged in the business of operating Container Freight Stations.
