Asahi India Glass to acquire 26% stake in BOOND SOLAR
Asahi India Glass has entered into Share Subscription and Shareholders’ Agreement on May 02, 2025 and invested a total amount of upto Rs 46,62,000, aggregating to 26% of the total paid up equity capital of M/s Boond Solar SPV – (BOOND SOLAR). Further, pursuant to the above acquisition of shares, BOOND SOLAR will become an Associate of the company.
Industry to which the entity being acquired belongs to business of establishing, developing, operating and managing Rooftop and Ground Mounted Renewable Energy Plants.
