SH Kelkar and Company gets nod for incorporation of wholly owned subsidiary in UAE

SH Kelkar and Company has received approval for incorporation of wholly owned subsidiary by name ‘Keva Middle East FZE’ in the United Arab Emisates (UAE). The Board has approved incorporation of Keva Middle East FZE in any location in the UAE basis the infrastructure and facilities that would be suitable for the said company’s business. The incorporation is expected to be completed by December 31, 2025. The board of directors of the company at its meeting held on May 16, 2025, has approved the same.

Earlier, the board, at its Meeting held on August 13, 2024, had approved incorporation of Keva Middle East FZE in Dubai to farther strengthen Keva’s presence in the middle east market in both fragrances and flavours.

SH Kelkar & Company is focused on its core business of manufacture supply and exports of fragrances flavours and aroma ingredients that are used in the food beverage personal care or household product industries.
