Influencer Begs For Help On Facebook – But Is Dead Within Hours, And Now Her Husband Is Too

[Warning: Potentially Triggering Content]

A Georgia influencer was killed last weekend. And horrifyingly, it turns out she begged for help on social media just hours before her death…

The Twin City Police Department responded to a call about a domestic disturbance around 9:30 p.m. on June 14, but none of them expected the horror scene they’d stumble upon. Zaria Khadejah Carr was found unconscious in her home and was sadly later pronounced dead.

The 27-year-old was an influencer known as Dutchess Dior online. Fans loved her personality as she posted relatable lifestyle content.

Her husband, 36-year-old Shamarcus Jameal Carr, was also popular online — going by the name The Frenchman. The thing was, he was nowhere to be found inside the home. Even more suspiciously, Zaria’s 2021 Dodge Challenger was also missing, which led police to began a search. But this is where things got even more intense.

Officers for the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office spotted the missing vehicle around 11 p.m. and attempted to conduct a traffic stop on it. It was at this point, the driver — who was confirmed to be Shamarcus — shot himself in the head before police could get to him. He was transported to a hospital where he was pronounced dead shortly after. Awful…

So… what the heck happened??

An autopsy is being conducted on Zaria, while police teamed up with the Georgia Bureau of Investigation to try and find out what happened… but it turns out all the harrowing events that led to these deaths were plastered online for anyone looking to see. The final posts from Zaria and Shamarcus tell the disturbing story…

The Duchess Dior Facebook page’s final posts seem to be hinting at some trouble within her relationship. The most gut-wrenching is her very last post, though, which is her begging for “help”. She wrote:

“I really don’t know what to do .. but i need help before i lose my life or freedom ! My kids need me !”

It’s understood, per MSN, that the couple share two children. In the comments of the post, one of her friends said they warned her about her relationship before, to which Zaria replied:

“i know but this mf done got on the dumb s**t so if i die somebody need to know”

“If I die.” OMG. The fact she’d end up dead just hours later… it’s sickening to think about.

Meanwhile, just an hour and a half before police would show up at the victim’s home, Shamarcus went live on his own Facebook page. He hosted a “story time” where he talks about cheating on both sides of his relationship while he argues with a woman in the background. Local outlet WTOC confirmed the woman in the video was Zaria, meaning she was still alive at that point.

For seven and a half minutes, per the outlet, the couple argue before the woman grabs her husband’s phone and the feed cuts out. This would be the last time anyone would see her alive.

The GBI confirmed to People they’re “aware” of both social media pages but declined to give any extra information about the owners of the accounts. WTOC also reported Shamarcus has been in trouble with the law before, having spent five years in jail for aggravated assault, firearms, and drug charges dating back to 2012.

Such a scary situation… It really sounds like Zaria was predicting exactly what would happen… but we’ll have to wait for investigators to confirm. In the meantime, we hope Zaria’s family and loved ones can find peace amid this unimaginable loss.

R.I.P.
