Coco Gauff heads Sportico’s list of the highest-paid female athletes for 2025, with Aryna Sabalenka also barrelling over $30 million for the first time, and catching up with Gauff, thanks to a $15 million prize money haul.

Only four women have ever earned over $30 million – Gauff, Sabalenka, Naomi Osaka and Serena Williams.

In total, ten tennis players made the Top 15 of Sportico’s annual list, up from nine last year. In 2019 all ten of the Top 10 on the list were tennis players. This year, seven of the Top 10 are WTA talents.

The list, rather surprisingly, includes Venus Williams, who raked in $10.2 from her growing endorsement portfolio, per Sportico.

Gauff’s $23 million in endorsements is the highest of the 10 tennis players on the list, and is tied with Eileen Gu.  In April, Gauff launched Coco Gauff Enterprises in conjunction with WME after announcing a split with Roger Federer’s agency, Team8.

In addition to New Balance, her biggest sponsor, Gauff also works with  Baker Tilly, Bose, Head, Rolex, Mercedes-Benz and Chase Bank.
