Kriti Kharbanda recently turned cover star for Global Spa, and along with her photoshoot, the magazine shared a playful rapid-fire session that revealed a refreshingly unfiltered side of the actor. Known for her vibrant screen presence and effortless charm, Kriti offered glimpses into her personality, her routines, and the little indulgences that add joy to her everyday life.
When asked to pick a quote that defines her, the actress chose the timeless line, “Every saint has a past and every sinner has a future.” It’s a reflection of her grounded worldview — one that embraces evolution, second chances, and the idea that no one is defined by a single moment.
For someone admired for her fitness discipline, Kriti shared that her downtime activities aren’t far from wellness either. If she’s not at the gym, she finds herself drawn to yoga, choosing a calmer, mindful movement routine to balance her day.

Music is another constant. When asked about the song she’s currently hooked on, Kriti revealed it’s Pallu Latke from her own film Shaadi Mein Zaroor Aana. “That’s genuinely one of the songs, that you have a background score that always plays in your head,” she admitted. And while she may enjoy listening to her own hit, her karaoke favourite is a Bollywood classic — Saara Zamana Haseeno Ka Deewana, a track she says she loves belting out.
Her guilty pleasure, however, is simple and relatable: ice-cream. “I love ice-cream,” she said without hesitation, confessing that it’s one indulgence she finds hard to resist.
Kriti also described what an ideal day off looks like, and unsurprisingly, it includes her husband, actor Pulkit Samrat. Confessing about their shared rituals, Kriti shared, “I definitely love playing paddle and pickle with him and if we can’t do that then we are probably putting together some LEGO set at home”.
The rapid fire also revealed her cinephile side. If ever given the opportunity to star in a remake of a classic, Kriti says she would pick Devdas, expressing her desire to be a part of this iconic romance drama if it was ‘remade today’.
As for travel, Italy remains high on her wishlist, while Slovenia — a place she has visited before — is a destination she’d love to return to. Whether it’s wanderlust, wellness, or the warmth of home, Kriti’s answers highlight a star who enjoys the simple things as much as the spotlight.
