A retired Hong Kong star tutor has been spared jail for taking upskirt footage of a woman at a railway station last year.
Sha Tin Court on Monday placed Kenneth Kwong Si-san, 64, on probation for a year in light of his timely guilty plea and previously clear criminal record before the offence on February 14, 2024.
