Kim Kardashian is reliving her 2016 Paris robbery.
In the new episode of The Kardashians released on Thursday (December 4), the 45-year-old reality star and All’s Fair actress returned to Paris to testify in the trial for the ten people who robbed her nearly a decade ago.
During the episode, Kim directly addressed those who were skeptical about whether the heist really happened, revealing her ex-husband Kanye West accused her of faking the robbery.
Keep reading to find out more…“My ex-husband had said, ‘And you faked your robbery for a TV show,’ and had said that in front of all these people,” Kim said in a confessional as she teared up. “That was a knife to my heart.”
She continued, “Just to think that someone wouldn’t believe you — that’s so close to you, that should know you, that should know how much that affected your life — it just really bothered me. You don’t know who I am.”
Kim and Kanye, 48, were married at the time of the robbery, though he wasn’t in Paris with her when it occurred in October 2016. He was in the middle of performing in New York City when he learned about the heist. He abruptly stopped his performance for what he told the audience was a “family emergency.”
Kanye then rushed to Kim‘s side when she returned to the United States after the robbery.
During the robbery, Kim was tied up, held at gunpoint, and robbed of over $10 million of jewelry.
In the confessional, Kim talked about testifying in the trial, nearly 10 years after the robbery.
“To finally be able to go to trial and face these people and hear their accounts and apologies, I’m like, see, guys. It was real,” Kim said.
Through tears, she added, “I’m happy it’s over.”
