Having completed two full weeks of release in theaters, Nurembergisn’t turning out to be the box office success that everybody involved would’ve liked. It only recently passed the $10 million mark domestically, and has barely scraped past the lifetime hauls of fellow World War II movies Das Bootand Downfall — both German-language crossover hits. However, Nuremberg is nowhere near the same league as certain classics of the genre, such as Dunkirk and Saving Private Ryan. The movie follows the trial of Nazi war criminal Hermann Göring, who gets involved in a battle of wits with a doctor. Nuremberg is headlined by the Oscar-winning Russell Crowe and Rami Malek.
