Virtus Bologna stays on top of the Lega Basket Serie A alongside Brescia.
Dusko Ivanovic’s team got the easy win against Derthona (92-77) and is now 9-1 in the standings. Six victories in the last eight games including Euroleague for Bologna’s team.
Matt Morgan (19) and Momo Diouf (15) were Virtus’s top scorers. Saliou Niang added 14, and Carsen Edwards had 13 in only 15 minutes.
Virtus dominated the first half in Bologna (48-35), setting the pace and shooting really well from beyond the arc.
Carsen Edwards and Momo Diuf stepped up after the break, pushing the Italian team to another win (92-77) after the victory against Dubai in the Euroleague.
